WELCOME
Welcome everyone to our exciting new web site! Our goal is to provide you with the most information about the best valued, unfinished Pine and Poplar cabinetry line in the Northeast. We will continue to improve on our site utilizing the technical questions you ask. So, thank you for your comments.
As you see described in the spec pages, we are not your ordinary cabinet company. Our all solid wood construction is standard, using plywood only on backs and drawer bottoms.
We can make your most desired ideas and designs a reality, at an affordable price. If you live in New England or Eastern New York, chances are there is one of our loyal dealers ready to follow your thoughts home. From built-ins to stand alone units, from bookcases to broom closets, we can do it for you.
WHATS NEW
The seasons are changing again, as they always do, and as they say “time flies when you’re making cabinets”. The wood stoves are burning, making hot water once again to pump into the ever so nice radiant heated floors here at YF. There is nothing like warm feet to make happy cabinets.

Classes are underway in our new dealer training facility and the official “classroom” is nearly ready. The crew continues to impress me with the amount of varied talent they have as the results are outstanding. The tops are done and look great thanks to our neighborhood friends at Rumford Stone. www.rumfordstone.com

A new wood species has arrived in our YF lumber room, Red Maple is in the practice stage. This exciting change comes to us with the optional FSC certification. And, it almost appears that we will be offering the Maple at the same pricing as Poplar, keep your fingers crossed!

Speaking of FSC, all of our wood species are now available with FSC certification. Hancock Lumber in Maine has successfully certified Eastern White Pine and is now a vendor for us as well as a valued dealer.

So, for you dealers, get on board and sign up for one of our “Young U” dates. You will be impressed to see what we have to offer.
NEWSLETTER EMPLOYEE DEDICATION
Each newsletter features an outstanding member of our team.
This newsletter is dedicated to our Marketing Manager Paul Oppold.
Paul has been around the YF plant since his days as a cub scout. Upon graduating Bow High, he came to our door department, producing doors and creating new styles, while simultaneously working on his marketing degree. At the completion of schooling Paul was ready for the challenge of marketing. For those of you who know Paul, there is no doubt of his product knowledge. Armed with that knowledge, and adding his ambition, he is very worthy of this dedication! Thank You Paul!
